I like that the whole staff that I encountered was very friendly, smiled, and was very welcoming. They made my family feel like they already knew us. I also liked that we had free breakfast, that was very good and had a great variety of choices. I liked that they offered free dinner as well, with free complimentary drinks, which I was very surprised by. Last but not least, my housekeeper, Jessica, had our room very clean. Nothing was out of place, and nothing was dusty in the room. I was very pleased with her. I was able to meet her the next day and she was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. I asked her for clean towels and toilet paper. Without no hesitation and with a smile, she handed me everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to EVERYONE that's looking for a clean, relaxing soft bed, free breakfast and dinner, and a friendly staff, this is the place to go 🤩

People were great and accommodating. I like the location of the expressway but a fair amount of construction going on in the area. Also, they were down to one elevator which made it a little more challenging, but the staff at the front desk put use only one floor up and very close to the stairs and that was great. We ended up using the stairs for pretty much everything once we got the luggage up the elevator. Breakfast was great dinner was great and so we're the drinks for happy hour.

The location felt safe and there is adequate parking. There is never a long wait at the front desk and check in and check out were fast! This is the quietest full hotel I have ever experienced. A team of some sports people were there and a bunch of people were there for an NFL game and I heard nothing from the rooms adjacent to mine the whole time I was there. Everything is very clean and the staff is very nice. The breakfast and dinner/drinks offered makes this an incredible value.

Exceptional staff—friendly, courteous, informative. Spotlessly clean throughout hotel. Comfy bed, blackout curtains, plenty of storage, hot water, great shower water pressure. Felt safe. Also, right next to Community Heart & Cardiovascular Hospital, which was very handy as my brother was a patient there. Typical hot and cold breakfast choices. Had “comfort food” fruit and mixed leafy greens for 5:30 kickback meal.
